Spotcoin is an online economic platform that intends to be the bridge between legacy financial markets and emerging digital asset ecosystems. The platform is developing a digital asset management toolkit, starting with the interface that will provide access to digital asset markets, over-the-counter trading (OTC), mining and payments. Additionally, the Spotcoin is developing a Digital Exchange to directly address the regional market demand for digital assets.

SPOT token is a NEO-based (NEP-5) cryptocurrency developed by the Spotcoin platform. As a dividend token, SPOT holders will be entitled to a weekly dividend of 51% of the total trading fees generated by Spoitcoin’s digital asset exchange. Spotcoin token holders are also entitled to an additional quarterly dividend of 12% of the net profits derived from Spotcoin’s mining, OTC, and Spotpay payments businesses.

Spotcoin ICO begins on T.B.A. The ICO token supply represents 67% of the total token supply, so there is a total of 66,000,000 SPOT tokens available, for 0.50 USD each. The ICO funding target is 5,000,000 the funding cap is 30,000,000 SPOT and is expected to end on T.B.A. or when the funding cap is reached. Any unsold/remaining tokens will be burned.
